a bang of Flavour in your mouth

Inspired by the famous Bihari Boti. Our mouthwatering chicken was marinated in a spicy homemade masala and finished off with smoke. Banger kebabs from our own family kitchen that's why we call it Chicken Banger :).

 

Serve with what you like best. We like our Banger on a paratha bread with crisp onions and drizzled with lots of bbq chutney.

heating suggestion:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C or 180 °C fan. From frozen, place the chicken on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.

From Frozen cook chicken at 175°C for 08-10 minutes.

storage instructions:

Keep frozen at or below - 18 C.Once open use within 7 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
