HEATING SUGGESTION:
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Place frozen shami kababs on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

To prepare your kebabs, begin by defrosting them lightly to preserve their shape. Next, heat up cooking oil to 170°C and shallow fry the kebabs until they reach a golden brown colour.
