HEATING SUGGESTION:

To cook frozen samosas, preheat oven to 190°C, remove packaging, brush samosa with oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Ensure internal temp is 74 °C. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving them with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney. Baking is a healthier option than deep-frying.

preheat the appliance to 180°C (360°F). Arrange the frozen samosas in a single layer with space in between. Optionally brush with oil. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 180°C (360°F), flipping halfway. Check for crispness, and adjust the time if necessary. Remove and let cool before serving.

To fry samosas, heat vegetable oil in a pan, Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on a paper towel and serve hot with chutney or sauce. Enjoy!

Potatoes (peeled and boiled), Green peas, Onion, Ginger powder, Garlic powder, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Garam masala, Red chili powder, Salt, vegetable oil, Water, All-purpose FLOUR (MAIDA), Carom seeds (ajwain).
